How can I get to know brox?

What positions are currently open?

If you can’t find a suitable vacancy, feel free to follow us on LinkedIn and stay up to date. Alternatively, you can send us an unsolicited application at jobs@brox.de.
How do I apply for a vacancy?
You can find our vacancies on our career page. If there is a suitable position for you, you can apply in digital form with your resume via our job management system. Depending on the position, a cover letter might be required. The job advertisements on our career page will take you straight to the application.
How does the application process look like?
Our interviews take place both virtually and physically. If you are invited to an interview, you will receive all the details about the process in advance of your appointment. We would like to inform you beforehand that we pay special attention to the agreement of common values. Generally, an initial virtual interview is conducted with the HR department. This is followed by a telephone/virtual meeting with the managers responsible for the area. The subsequent contract meeting takes place in person on site.
Is an unsolicited application possible?

How can i prepare for my interview?
For successful preparation, you should first recall the most important stages of your professional life that have a possible connection to the job description. Above all, it is important to us that you are authentic and honest. We would like to enter into a dialogue during the interview. You will receive a link from us that will allow you to dial into the interview. Please make sure that the atmosphere for the interview is undisturbed and that the sound and lighting conditions are good. We recommend that you do a technical check beforehand so that you are ready for the appointment on time. We are looking forward to the interview!
What is the mentoring program?
As a new employee at brox, you will be assigned a mentor. Over the 6- to 12-month duration of the mentoring program (depending on your level), the mentor will introduce you to organizational topics at brox. The mentor will be available to answer any questions you may have in your new working environment.
What does the onboarding process look like?
We look forward to welcoming all new employees and want to give you a perfect start at brox. To make it easier for you to familiarize yourself with the company and get connected, our onboarding program consists of a technical, organizational and professional onboarding. In the course of a day, you will get to know all business areas, your team and your mentor, and we will provide you with the equipment you need for your work.
Is it possible to work from home?
The majority of our jobs can be done in your home home office by arrangement. To ensure that you work with the right colleagues, we assign you to one of our teams and thus to one of our locations. It makes sense to be close to your location, as the consultant job depends on personal contact with both the customers and your colleagues, but it is not necessary.
How does the daily work routine look like in my home office?
In your home office, you have the opportunity, with certain exceptions (customer appointments or other internal brox appointments), to freely organize your work and break times as well as your environment. It is important to us to strengthen the contact among each other also in a virtual way – whether through a digital lunch break or other team events.
