Hans-Christian Brockmann
CEO
Hans-Christian Brockmann is the founder and managing director of brox IT-Solutions GmbH and the knowledge graph company eccenca GmbH. As part of his work at the US-American APICS, he advises the President of the Supply Chain Council, the Digitalization Task Force and the Readiness Task Force.
He holds a BA from the University of Göttingen and an MBA from Wake Forrest University Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Before founding brox, he worked for many years as a sales manager at the Automotive Solution Center of the ERP provider Baan (now Infor).
Justin Lee Weis
Partner / Authorized signatory & Head of Lifecycle Management
Justin Lee Weis has been in charge of the technical and economic strategic orientation of the various brox consulting fields since 2018. Prior to this, he was a Senior Manager at MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH, where he was responsible for IT infrastructure, IT service management and IT security for many years.
As a graduate computer scientist and certified SAFe Agilist, ITIL V3 Expert, PRINCE2 Practitioner and COBIT 5 User, he provides our customers with sound advice on issues relating to ITIL processes, IT security, EAM and BPM.
Justin Lee Weis has over 20 years of experience as an (IT) project manager in the automotive, telecommunications, media and financial services industries. He is an advocate of agile project management and a Professional SCRUM Master and Product Owner as well.

Head of Digital Collaboration
Jessica Knibbecke is an industrial engineer and has 14 years of project management experience in the automotive, conference hotel, insurance, software development and energy sectors.
She has several years of experience in the areas of process analysis/design, document management, quality management and requirements management.
As a project manager at brox, Jessica Knibbecke coordinates the project-specific security-critical aspects of various IT projects.

Christian Beil has been supporting brox since 2019 and has been Head of the Information Management business unit since 2023.
Rüdiger Weber
Head of IT Sourcing Management
Rüdiger Weber is our expert for sourcing projects, ITIL processes, transition management, contract management and service management.
He has more than 30 years of professional experience in the automotive, telecommunications, retail and financial services sectors.
He joined the brox team in 2012 and is responsible for IT Sourcing, RFP Management, Transition Management, Contract Management and Continual Service Improvement.
